- Develop and execute zonal sales and marketing plans.
- Identify new customers, projects, investors, industries, factories, dealers, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant Target Groups (TG) and decision-makers.
- Generate new leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
- Promote and sell industrial machinery, equipment, and technology solutions.
- Conduct customer visits, meetings, site visits, presentations, demonstrations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain a strong local customer/prospect database.
- Maintain sales pipeline, sales forecasts, and opportunity tracking.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitors, pricing, customer demand, and market trends.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with Technical, Accounts, Management, and other departments for smooth sales execution.
- Follow up on customer payments and support the collection process.
- Achieve assigned Sales, Collection, KPI, and Business Development targets.
- Prepare regular sales, customer visit, market intelligence, and performance reports.
- Continuously expand the company’s customer base and market coverage within the assigned zone.
- Experience: 7-10 years
- Education:
- Skills: identifying sales opportunities, sales management, sales targets, sales operations, sales support, exceed sales goals, technical sales, c-level sales, sales administration, sales target achievement
