Role Description This full-time, on-site WordPress role is based in Kushtia and involves building, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites for a variety of projects. The role includes configuring themes and plugins, optimizing site performance, and ensuring mobile-responsive, user-friendly layouts. Day-to-day tasks also involve updating website content, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with designers and other team members to implement new features. The WordPress professional will regularly test and debug websites, manage backups, and help ensure security best practices are followed. Participation in project planning, timeline estimation, and clear communication with stakeholders is expected.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong WordPress skills, including theme customization, plugin configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
• Candidates should possess front-end development skills such as HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for styling and layout adjustments.
• Candidates should possess website performance and optimization skills, including caching, image optimization, and responsive design practices.
• Candidates should possess content management skills, including updating pages, organizing site structure, and maintaining consistent branding.
• Candidates should possess problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose issues, test solutions, and improve site stability.
• Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with designers, developers, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant experience with SEO fundamentals, website security best practices, and backup management is beneficial.
