What We’re Looking For: - Minimum 2 years of professional experience in student counselling, admissions, and visa file processing - Strong hands-on experience with Europe, South Korea, and Malaysia*student recruitment and admission processes - Proven ability to manage students from *initial counselling through application and visa file processing* - Experience working with intake-wise enrolment targets and conversion goals - Strong understanding of admission requirements, documentation, and application procedures - Excellent CRM management, follow-up, and student relationship managementsk ills - Organized, transparent, and detail-oriented approach to file handling Key Responsibilities: As a Student Consultant, you will be responsible for: - Taking ownership of assigned destinations and maintaining updated destination knowledge - Counselling students based on their academic profile, career goals, and destination preferences - Managing student pipelines and ensuring timely follow-ups - Handling the admission process from profile assessment to application submission - Coordinating documentation and ensuring proper file movement - Supporting the visa application and lodgement process - Working toward intake-wise enrolment and conversion targets - Maintaining accurate CRM updates and student records - Coordinating with universities, admission teams, and internal departments - Ensuring a professional, transparent, and smooth student experience throughout the journey What we offer: - Competitive salary with attractive performance bonuses for each visa success - Additional target-based visa success bonus for achieving performance goals by intake - Career growth opportunities - Friendly and supportive team environment - Opportunity to work alongside education professionals with over 20 years of industry experience Note: Only candidates with study-abroad counselling experience will be considered.
