We're hiring: Social Media Manager

Pexnet is a growing Local SEO agency based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, helping local businesses across the USA grow their online presence, attract more customers, and generate qualified leads through SEO and digital marketing.

We work with USA-based business owners across different industries, helping them improve their visibility on Google Search, Google Maps, and other digital channels.

We put a lot of care into our work, but right now most of it never makes it to social media. That needs to change. We're looking for a Social Media Manager who will take full ownership of Pexnet's social presence, build our audience in the design and startup community, and turn our work into content that gets noticed. This is a role with real ownership. You won't be following someone else's content plan, you'll be building it.

What you'll do

• Manage and grow Pexnet's accounts on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
• Plan and run a monthly content calendar: design carousels, reels, case study breakdowns, UI/UX tips, and B2B content
• Work with our in-house designers to produce on-brand creatives
• Engage with the design community daily through comments, DMs, and relevant conversations
• Track performance and share a monthly report with insights
• Bring in inbound leads through social. Followers are nice, leads matter more

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of social media management experience, preferably with agencies, design studios, or B2B brands
• Proven growth results. You'll need to show us accounts you've grown, with numbers
• Strong written English (our audience is mostly US/UK/EU)
• Good understanding of LinkedIn B2B content and short-form video (Reels/TikTok)
• Experience with scheduling and analytics tools like Metricool, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite
• Good design sense. You'll be working inside a design brand, so taste matters. Canva or Figma familiarity is expected, video editing is a plus
• Self-driven and consistent

Educational Requirements

A bachelor's degree in any discipline or a diploma in Engineering in a Subject will be relaxed for the experienced
