Compensation: Monthly salary + performance-based commission per booked call and closed deal (discussed during interview)

About GrewDev

GrewDev is a growth-focused web design & digital marketing agency serving clients across the US and beyond. We're building out our client acquisition team and looking for someone who lives for outreach - cold email, cold DMs, and turning strangers into booked sales calls.

What You'll Do

• Build targeted prospect lists using tools like Apollo.io
• Run cold email campaigns (Instantly.ai or similar) - write, send, and manage follow-up sequences
• Send cold DMs on Instagram and LinkedIn to potential clients
• Handle replies and objections to keep prospects engaged
• Book qualified sales calls directly onto the founder's calendar
• Track daily/weekly outreach numbers and report results

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in cold email and/or social media (Instagram/LinkedIn) outreach - please share past results/numbers
• Strong written English - persuasive, natural, not robotic
• Self-driven, comfortable hitting daily outreach targets without micromanagement
• Familiar with (or quick to learn) Apollo.io, Instantly.ai, and CRM/calendar tools
• Understanding US-based small business niches (home services, local businesses) is a plus

What You Won't Do

No project delivery, no client management, no design/dev work - this role is 100% focused on prospecting and booking calls.
