We’re Hiring: Operations Manager – Admissions & Compliance

Sunway Admission is looking for an experienced Operations Manager – Admissions & Compliance to lead our growing operations team in Dhaka. We are looking for someone who understands the international education / study abroad industry and can independently manage a fast-moving admissions and compliance operation. Key Responsibilities - Lead and supervise the Admissions & Compliance team - Oversee university/college applications across multiple destinations - Ensure applications are accurate, complete and submitted on time - Monitor offers, pending documents, tuition/payment stages and application deadlines - Oversee visa documentation and compliance processes - Coordinate with counsellors and ensure smooth handover of student files - Maintain clear case tracking, reporting and team accountability - Communicate with universities and institutional partners when required - Improve internal processes as the company continues to expand What We’re Looking For - Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in international education, admissions, application processing or compliance - Previous experience in team supervision or operations management - Strong knowledge of university application and student visa documentation processes - Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills - Strong written and spoken English - Ability to manage multiple countries, deadlines and a growing workload - Hands-on attitude - we need someone who can lead the team and understand the work Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh Position: Full-time Salary: Negotiable If you have relevant experience and believe you can build and manage a strong admissions and compliance operation, we would like to hear from you.
