Role Description The Marketing & Sales Executive will work on-site in Dhaka, Bangladesh in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with the product and leadership teams to grow Curela’s customer base. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and approaching prospective clients, presenting Curela’s software solutions, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. The role also involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, supporting digital and offline promotional activities, and generating content that clearly communicates product value. The executive will track market trends, gather customer feedback, and report on sales and campaign performance to help refine Curela’s positioning and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications

• Strong marketing and sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
• Experience with digital marketing practices such as social media management, email campaigns, and basic analytics.
• Ability to research market segments, understand customer needs, and translate insights into practical sales and marketing actions.
• Clear, professional communication skills in English and Bengali, with the ability to present and explain technical products to non-technical audiences.
• Comfort working in a small, collaborative team and taking ownership of initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in software, SaaS, or technology services sales or marketing is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Willingness to work on-site in Dhaka, travel locally for client meetings as needed, and maintain ethical, data-conscious practices in all activities.
