We're hiring: Graphics Designer [Day Shift]

Pixxen is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Graphics Designer who can help strengthen our visual identity and create high-quality designs for our digital presence, marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and client projects. This role goes beyond simply creating attractive visuals. We’re looking for someone who understands branding, visual communication, UI/UX principles, digital marketing, and modern design trends and can turn ideas into engaging, professional, and conversion-focused designs. 

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphics for Pixxen’s social media, website, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials
• Develop creative designs that strengthen Pixxen’s brand identity and visual presence
• Design social media posts, banners, advertisements, presentations, infographics, and promotional content
• Create graphics and visual assets for digital marketing and SEO campaigns
• Collaborate with the UI/UX, development, content, and marketing teams to produce engaging visual content
• Design visual content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
• Create graphics for case studies, portfolio projects, service pages, and agency presentations
• Develop marketing creatives for paid advertising campaigns
• Maintain consistency in brand colors, typography, layouts, and overall visual guidelines
• Support the design team in creating visuals for client projects when required
• Research current design trends and competitor visuals to identify new creative opportunities
• Convert concepts, briefs, and ideas into visually compelling designs
• Continuously improve the quality and creativity of Pixxen’s visual communication

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Graphics Designer, Visual Designer, or similar role
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Good understanding of branding and digital marketing design
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Experience with Figma is a strong advantage
• Experience creating social media and marketing creatives
• Good understanding of modern web and UI/UX design trends
• Ability to create clean, professional, and visually appealing designs
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to understand creative briefs and work independently
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines
• Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment and learn new design techniques
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills is required

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Depending on experience and skills
• Employment: Full-Time
• Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Weekend: Saturday & Sunday
• Lunch: Fully subsidized by the company
• Overtime: Overtime facilities available
• Tour Benefit: Yearly company tour allowance
