We’re Hiring: Full-Stack Developer

ABOUT THE ROLE

One Life Empire Limited is building OneAppLife.com, a multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace.

We’re looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer who can take ownership of developing, maintaining, and scaling the platform. You should be comfortable working with an existing codebase, solving technical challenges, and turning business requirements into reliable features.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Strong experience with Next.js 14 (App Router), React.js, JavaScript/JSX, and TypeScript.

• Experience building responsive interfaces using server-side rendering (SSR), client-side rendering (CSR), and incremental static regeneration (ISR).

• Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and REST API development.

• Experience with MySQL 8, Sequelize ORM, and database design and management.

• Knowledge of JWT authentication, API integration, and application security best practices.

• Proficiency with Git/GitHub and confidence working with existing codebases.

• Knowledge of server deployment, hosting environments, API documentation, performance optimization, and scalability.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Working with Laravel-based admin and seller panels.

• Developing e-commerce, marketplace, POS, inventory management, or SaaS platforms.

• Integrating payment gateways such as bKash, Nagad, and card payments.

• Developing mobile applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, maintain, and improve OneAppLife.com.

• Manage the frontend, backend APIs, database, and third-party integrations.

• Build and enhance features for customers, sellers, and administrators.

• Analyze, debug, and improve the existing system architecture.

• Resolve bugs and strengthen platform performance, security, and scalability.

• Maintain clean code, clear documentation, and consistent development standards.

• Collaborate with business and operations teams to deliver new features.

• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver quality work within agreed deadlines.
