We’re Hiring: Expert WordPress Developer

Pixxen is looking for experienced WordPress Developer to join our development team. This is a full-time, office-based position in Dhaka for developers who are confident working beyond basic WordPress customization and can build scalable, high-performance websites from the ground up.

Position: Expert WordPress Developer

Employment Type: Full-time

Workplace: Work from Office

Location: Dhaka

Salary: BDT 35,000 – 45,000/month

Weekly Holidays: Sat-Sun

Experience: 3+ years

Key Responsibilities

• Develop custom WordPress themes from Figma/UI designs
• Build custom WordPress pages and templates with and without page builders
• Develop and customize WooCommerce websites
• Develop custom WordPress plugins and functionality
• Customize existing themes and plugins based on project requirements
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services with WordPress
• Optimize WordPress websites for speed, performance, and Core Web Vitals
• Implement caching and other performance optimization techniques
• Troubleshoot complex WordPress, PHP, database, and server-related issues
• Handle website migration, deployment, staging, and production environments
• Work with Git for version control and team collaboration
• Configure hosting/server environments when required
• Write clean, maintainable, secure, and scalable code
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, developers, and project managers

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any relevant discipline preferred

We’re looking for developers who don’t just know how to use WordPress, but understand how WordPress works under the hood.

You should be comfortable taking a professional UI/UX design and turning it into a fast, responsive, secure, and maintainable WordPress website while solving technical challenges independently.
