🛎️Bartender Key Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso-based and specialty coffee/tea beverages to recipe and quality standards.
• Monitor stock of Coffee, Milk, Syrups, Cups, Hibiscus, Iced Tea, Passion Fruit Iced Tea, London, Mexico City, mixed Berry Mojito, passion Fruit Mojito, and supplies; report low items.
• Greet guests, take orders, and recommend drinks based on preferences.
• Operate POS, handle cash/digital payments, and maintain accurate till records.
• Keep coffee station, counter, seating area, and equipment clean and organized; follow hygiene and safety rules.
• Support opening/closing duties and assist in training new baristas.

🛎️Bartender Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve mocktails, juices, smoothies, and (where licensed) cocktails/spirits to brand standards.
• Engage guests at the bar, recommend drinks, and ensure a refined service experience.
• Set up bar (mise-en-place), maintain cleanliness, and complete closing checks.
• Operate POS, process payments, and coordinate with service team during peaks.
• Monitor beverage and supply inventory, minimize waste, and support stock counts.
• Follow health, safety, and (in licensed venues) responsible service and internal control policies.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills, including clear communication, a courteous attitude, and the ability to handle guest requests professionally.
• Experience preparing coffee-based beverages, mocktails, and other drinks, with attention to presentation, taste, and consistency.
• Knowledge of basic food safety, hygiene standards, and safe handling of equipment and ingredients in a hospitality environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka on a full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Teamwork and time management skills, with the ability to stay organized and calm during busy service hours.
• Basic numeracy and point-of-sale (POS) skills for handling orders, billing, and cash or electronic payments accurately.
• Prior experience as a barista, bartender, or in a hotel/restaurant service role is an advantage but not strictly required.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to standard operating procedures, and participate in training to improve service quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform role-related physical tasks, such as lifting light items and moving around the service area.
