About Us:

Genzam IT is a dynamic, service-based IT company operating with a fully remote workforce. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team, manage our financial operations, and support our growing business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

--Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.

--Process payroll efficiently for our remote team members.

--Prepare and send invoices to clients, and track accounts receivable and payable.

--Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

--Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist with VAT/Tax return submissions.

--Maintain accurate financial records and monitor company cash flow.

Requirements:

Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in accounting or finance (experience in an IT or service-based agency is a plus).

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Skills:

--Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Tally) and Google Sheets/Excel.

--Strong understanding of Bangladesh tax and VAT laws.

--Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

--Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high accountability.
