Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Welder role located in Chattogram. The Welder will fabricate and repair metal furniture components according to technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Daily tasks include setting up welding equipment, measuring and cutting materials, performing welding operations, and inspecting finished welds for accuracy and defects. The role also involves collaborating with production and design teams, maintaining tools and machinery, and following safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and adherence to company safety guidelines. The Welder will be expected to meet production timelines while maintaining high-quality workmanship and keeping the work area clean and organized.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong welding skills, including Welding, Arc Welding, MIG Welding, and TIG Welding.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Materials relevant to metal furniture fabrication, including properties, handling, and appropriate use.
• Candidates should possess the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with welding safety standards, proper use of PPE, and safe operation of welding and cutting equipment.
• Candidates should possess good manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Candidates should possess prior experience in industrial or furniture manufacturing environments; relevant vocational training or certification in welding is preferred.
