Web Research & Client Support Executive

Role Description The Web Research & Client Support Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Mohammadpur Thana. In this role, the executive will conduct structured web research to gather, verify, and organize data on industries, companies, and potential clients, and prepare clear summaries and reports for internal and client use. The role involves responding to client inquiries, managing support tickets, and ensuring timely, accurate, and professional communication across email, chat, and other channels. The executive will assist with client onboarding, maintain account records, and support relationship management by tracking requests, follow-ups, and feedback. Day-to-day responsibilities also include collaborating with internal teams to improve processes, monitoring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to enhance service quality.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills to interact effectively with clients and ensure a positive support experience.
• Candidates should possess Account Management and Consulting skills to understand client needs, maintain relationships, and provide thoughtful recommendations.
• Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to identify opportunities, support upselling or cross-selling, and contribute to client growth initiatives.
• Proficiency in web research, data collection, and basic data analysis, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple client requests and tasks simultaneously.
• Comfort with digital tools, CRM or ticketing systems, and common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, online communication platforms).
• Ability to work onsite in Mohammadpur Thana, collaborate with a diverse global team, and adapt to changing client requirements.
• Prior experience in customer support, virtual assistance, or a client-facing role is preferred; a relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
