Web & Graphics Designer Expert

Position: Sr. Web & Graphics Designer
Salary: 25K – 35K BDT / Month
Based on Expertise & Experience

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Sr. Web & Graphics Designer who has strong professional experience in Web Design, WordPress, Laravel, Shopify/E-commerce Development, and Graphic Design.
The ideal candidate should be capable of developing professional, responsive, user-friendly websites and e-commerce platforms while also handling high-quality graphic design requirements. Experience working with clients, managing projects, solving technical/design challenges, and mentoring junior designers or students will be highly valued.

𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐁𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠
Candidates must work at least 1–2 months as a trainee employee before being appointed as a full-time employee.
The candidate must sign a minimum 1 year employment agreement.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

🌐 Web Design & Development
✔ Design and develop modern, responsive, and user-friendly websites.
✔ Develop and customize websites using WordPress and related technologies.
✔ Strong practical experience with Laravel-based web projects.
✔ Develop and customize Shopify e-commerce stores and websites.
✔ Customize WordPress themes, plugins, layouts, and website functionalities.
✔ Develop professional e-commerce websites with proper product, category, checkout, and payment-flow structures.
✔ Ensure websites are responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
✔ Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other relevant web technologies.
✔ Optimize websites for performance, usability, SEO-friendly structure, and user experience.
✔ Troubleshoot website errors, bugs, compatibility issues, and technical problems.
✔ Integrate third-party tools, APIs, payment gateways, forms, analytics, and other required services.
✔ Maintain, update, and improve existing websites and e-commerce platforms.
✔ Convert design concepts/wireframes into functional websites.
✔ Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand website requirements and project objectives.
🎨 Graphic Design
✔ Create professional graphics for websites, social media, advertisements, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.
✔ Design banners, promotional materials, social media creatives, presentations, brochures, and other marketing assets.
✔ Maintain consistent branding, typography, color schemes, layouts, and visual identity.
✔ Work with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and other modern design tools.
✔ Create UI/visual assets that complement website and e-commerce projects.
✔ Prepare graphics and web assets according to appropriate platform specifications.
✔ Stay updated with modern graphic design, UI/UX, web design, and digital marketing trends.
👨‍🏫 Training & Mentoring
✔ Provide practical guidance and mentorship to junior designers and students when required.
✔ Conduct practical sessions/workshops related to web design, WordPress, Shopify, graphic design, and professional workflows.
✔ Help students understand real-world website development and design projects.
✔ Guide students in building practical portfolios and client-ready projects.
✔ Provide constructive feedback and technical/design guidance.
✔ Assist in developing practical training materials and project-based assignments.

𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬

The following web-development experience is MUST:
✔ WordPress Website Development & Customization
✔ Laravel Web Development
✔ Shopify E-commerce Development
✔ E-commerce Website Development
✔ Responsive Web Design
✔ HTML5 & CSS3
✔ JavaScript
✔ Website customization and troubleshooting
✔ Domain, hosting, SSL, cPanel and basic server management
✔ Website performance and basic SEO optimization
✔ Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
✔ Modern UI/UX and web design principles
Candidates without practical WordPress, Laravel, and Shopify experience will not be considered.

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
* Graduate from any subject at any recognized university.
* Preferred backgrounds:
* CSE / Computer Science
* Software Engineering
* Multimedia
* Graphic Design
* Web Development
* IT / ICT
* Relevant professional skills and experience will be given more importance than academic background.

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝
* Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in web design/development and graphic design.
* Candidates with strong practical experience in:
* WordPress
* Laravel
* Shopify
* E-commerce development
* Graphic design
* Client projects
* Website maintenance
* UI/web design
* will be strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

Office Schedule
Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Holiday: Friday

Leave Policy:
Casual Leave (CL): 10 Days
