Web Developer (Project-Based)

Levree is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Web Developer to work with our growing development team on a project basis.

The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of hands-on experience developing modern, responsive, and high-performing websites and web applications. You’ll work closely with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver reliable digital solutions.

Web Developer – Project Basis

Work Setup: Onsite / Offsite

Dhaka-based candidates will be given preference

Compensation: Negotiable based on project scope, skills, and experience

Engagement: Project-Based

• Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive websites and web applications.
• Convert UI/UX designs into functional, pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Write clean, scalable, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, accessibility, and SEO.
• Debug and resolve issues across browsers and devices.
• Implement appropriate security and performance practices.
• Use Git for version control and collaborative development.
• Assist with deployment, hosting, and production environments when required.
• Stay updated with modern web technologies and development practices.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years of professional web development experience.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive web design.
• Hands-on experience with React.js, Vue.js, Angular, or similar frontend frameworks.
• Good knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Laravel, Express.js, or similar.
• Experience working with REST APIs and JSON.
• Strong understanding of MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and mobile-first development.
• Knowledge of website security and performance optimization.
• Experience with deployment, hosting, and basic server management is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows is preferred.
• Knowledge of AI tools, workflow automation, APIs, n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation platforms will be given preference.
• Portfolio or examples of previous projects are preferred.
