Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, for a team member in our printing services operation. The role involves operating and monitoring printing equipment, preparing materials for print runs, and ensuring accurate color, layout, and quality for each job. Daily tasks include coordinating with design and pre-press staff, managing print production schedules, and performing basic equipment maintenance. The individual will assist with bindery and finishing processes, organize completed orders, and support continuous improvement in workflow and safety practices. The role also requires clear communication with colleagues and attention to detail in all stages of the printing process.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Printing and Print Production, with the ability to manage multiple print jobs efficiently.
• Experience in Bindery and finishing processes, including cutting, folding, and packaging printed materials.
• Knowledge of Print Design and layout principles to collaborate effectively with design staff.
• Understanding of Pre-press processes, including file preparation, color checks, and proofing.
• Basic technical aptitude for operating and troubleshooting printing machinery and related equipment.
• Attention to detail, quality-focused mindset, and the ability to follow safety and operational procedures.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
• Previous experience in commercial or digital printing is preferred; vocational training or certification in printing technology is an advantage.
