Travel Door Georgia is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Executive – Travel & Tourism to join our team in Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka.

We are looking for a sales professional with strong experience in Travel Sales, Visa Processing, Ticketing, Lead Conversion, and International Tour Packages.

🧳 Industry: Travel & Tourism

• Handle travel inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Prepare customized tour packages, quotations, and itineraries.
• Sell international tour packages, particularly Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, and other company destinations.
• Handle Visa Processing and Ticketing requirements.
• Manage private, group, honeymoon, family, couple, VIP, and customized tours.
• Follow up with clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and generate sales through effective client communication.
• Maintain CRM records, quotations, follow-ups, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with the Operations Team for smooth booking and service delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients.

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in Travel & Tourism Sales.
• Experience in a Travel Agency, Tour Operator, DMC, or Tourism Company is required.
• Honors/Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Proven experience in Travel Sales, Lead Conversion, and Sales Target Achievement.
• Visa Processing & Ticketing experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of international tour packages and travel services.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Fluent Hindi is mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, convincing, and sales-closing skills.
• Must be confident, proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable communicating with international clients.
• Experience with CRM, WhatsApp, Email, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office is preferred.
