Role Description The Warehouse Operations Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials to ensure accurate and efficient inventory flow. The specialist will monitor stock levels, perform regular inventory checks, and maintain documentation in line with company standards. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating material handling, preparing orders, loading and unloading goods, and operating warehouse equipment as needed. The role also involves working closely with operations and logistics teams, following safety protocols, and supporting continuous improvement in warehouse processes.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Control and Operations to manage stock levels and support efficient warehouse workflows.
• Candidates should possess skills in Material Handling and Forklift Operation to safely move, load, and unload materials and products.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate effectively with warehouse staff, logistics teams, and management.
• Knowledge of basic warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office or similar tools is beneficial.
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines, work on feet for extended periods, and lift moderate weights as required.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
