Role Description The Warehouse Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This position is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods in line with company procedures and quality standards. The Warehouse Manager monitors stock and inventory levels, ensures accurate documentation and system updates, and coordinates with internal teams to meet service and compliance requirements. The role includes managing warehouse staff, organizing shifts, implementing safety and housekeeping standards, and overseeing equipment usage, including forklifts and other material-handling tools. The Warehouse Manager also supports process improvements, conducts regular audits, and ensures that warehouse activities align with overall operational and customer service objectives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Stock Control and Inventory Control skills for accurate tracking and reconciliation of goods.
• Candidates should possess Inventory Management and Operations Management skills to optimize warehouse processes and space utilization.
• Candidates should possess Forklift Operation skills and familiarity with material-handling equipment, following safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Candidates should have experience leading warehouse teams, including staff supervision, training, and performance management.
• Candidates should be proficient with warehouse management systems, basic ERP or inventory software, and MS Office tools.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under time-sensitive conditions.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is preferred; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations, particularly in consumer products or related sectors, is highly beneficial.
