Role Description The Warehouse Incharge is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations. This position manages receiving, storing, and dispatching goods while maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring that inventory is organized and accessible. The role includes supervising warehouse staff, monitoring stock levels, coordinating with procurement and delivery teams, and enforcing safety and cleanliness standards. The Warehouse Incharge also tracks incoming and outgoing shipments, resolves discrepancies, and supports process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce loss.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong stock control and inventory control skills.
• Candidates should possess solid inventory management and operations management skills.
• Candidates should possess practical experience in forklift operation and safe material handling (or willingness to learn with proper training).
• Candidates should possess good computer skills for using inventory software, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools.
• Candidates should possess effective communication, team supervision, and problem-solving abilities.
• Candidates should possess attention to detail and a commitment to safety, accuracy, and cleanliness in warehouse operations.
• Prior experience in warehouse or logistics roles is preferred; vocational or technical training in supply chain or operations is an advantage.
