Looking for two creative soldiers to lead our visual battle.

𝗣̲𝗼̲𝘀̲𝗶̲𝘁̲𝗶̲𝗼̲𝗻̲ ̲𝟭̲:̲

𝘚𝘦𝘯𝘪𝘰𝘳 𝘝𝘪𝘴𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘻𝘦𝘳 (30–40𝘒)

You’re the kind who questions the brief and reshuffles the idea.

You've done your agency nights, survived client feedback, and still love the madness.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁:

- 4 to 100 years of experience in creative/visual roles

- Ability to lead juniors without being a toxic senior

- You know the difference between “jome nai” and “jome khir”

- Can handle feedback with maturity, and occasionally debate with copywriters

𝗣̲𝗼̲𝘀̲𝗶̲𝘁̲𝗶̲𝗼̲𝗻̲ ̲𝟮̲:̲

𝘝𝘪𝘴𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘻𝘦𝘳 (20–28𝘒)

You’re just starting out, but your Behance tells stories — a born artist.

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 (won’t mind if you exceed them):

- Nearly 2 years of experience (doors open for freshers with killer portfolios)

- A healthy relationship with Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and obviously AI

- Solid sense of color, layout, typography (above all, common sense)

- A mind that’s visualizing even while having lunch

𝗪𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗲:

- Unlimited logical leaves (just don’t give us trust issues)

- Promotions before you ask

- Creative freedom and room to grow

- Real mentorship — for your career, diet and family plan

- Exciting local and international projects
