Role Description The Videographer and Video Editor will work full time on-site at Priyo’s office in Dhaka, Bangladesh, creating video content that showcases Priyo’s products, brand, and customer stories. This role includes planning and storyboarding shoots, capturing high-quality video and audio in studio and on-location settings, and managing lighting and camera setups. The person in this position will edit footage into complete videos for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social media, and internal communications, including motion graphics, sound design, and color correction. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve collaborating with marketing and product teams to understand creative briefs, organizing and maintaining media assets, and ensuring all video content aligns with Priyo’s brand guidelines and messaging.
Qualifications

• Strong videography skills, including camera operation, lighting, and audio recording.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
• Experience creating short-form and long-form video content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Ability to plan and execute video projects from concept to final delivery, including scripting, storyboarding, and organizing shoots.
• Attention to detail in post-production, including color grading, sound design, and visual consistency with brand guidelines.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with marketing, design, and product teams.
• Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in startup or tech environments, especially in fintech or B2B SaaS, is a plus.
• Portfolio demonstrating videography and video editing work for professional or commercial projects.
