Role Description The Videographer role at Beauty Intelligent Wellness is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Videographer will plan, shoot, and produce video content that showcases BIW’s services, client journeys, and brand storytelling across digital channels. Daily work includes operating cameras and lighting equipment, capturing high-quality footage in-clinic and on-location, and collaborating with marketing and creative teams to develop concepts and shot lists. The role also involves organizing raw footage, coordinating with editors on post-production, and ensuring all video assets align with BIW’s visual standards and wellness-focused messaging. The Videographer will participate in content planning meetings and proactively suggest new formats and ideas that resonate with BIW’s audience.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong video production skills, including planning shoots, managing production workflows, and understanding post-production processes.
• Candidates should possess solid camera operation skills, including proficiency with professional cameras and related equipment.
• Candidates should possess lighting skills, including setting up and adjusting studio and on-location lighting for high-quality visual output.
• Candidates should possess shooting video skills, including framing, composition, and capturing stable, engaging footage.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle content; familiarity with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro); and basic audio recording skills.
• Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are required.
• A relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred.
