About the Role

We're looking for a Video Editor & Videographer to join our team. Your core focus will be taking raw and client-supplied footage and editing it into polished, professional videos ready to publish across social media and other platforms — along with conceptualizing and developing engaging video ideas that fit the brand and the platform. Alongside that, you'll also plan and shoot original footage when needed, following it through from concept to final delivery. It is often essential to collaborate with other creatives as well as marketers, brand managers, and clients on the project.

Job Responsibilities

• Editing raw and client-supplied footage into polished, publish-ready videos for social media and other platforms.
• Adding motion graphics, transitions, color grading, and sound design to elevate the final output.
• Conceptualizing and developing engaging video concepts and ideas that align with brand guidelines and platform trends (YouTube, Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Presenting concepts, rough cuts, and final edits to stakeholders in a professional manner while incorporating feedback into the final output.
• Working with a range of stakeholders and clients to understand creative briefs and requirements.
• Planning, storyboarding, and shooting original video content for marketing, social media, and client projects when needed.
• Ensuring videos meet the desired specifications in terms of tone, pacing, and brand voice.
• Taking ownership of projects from concept to final delivery while being proactive throughout the process.
• Coordinating closely with the marketing and creative team to ensure the final product meets all requirements.
• Keeping up to date on video trends and digital technologies for creative inspiration.
• Organizing and maintaining a library of raw and edited footage/assets.
• Ensure all assigned video tasks are completed on time and meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• You have prior experience editing video professionally, with a strong portfolio or showreel of published work.
• You possess strong proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects & DaVinci Resolve.
• You have a good sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition for social and digital platforms.
• You have experience or comfort with shooting video, including camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
• You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, concepts, and suggestions.
• You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Knowledge of motion graphics/animation is a plus.
• Own or access to camera/videography equipment is a plus.
