Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Video Editor role based in Gopalganj, with flexibility for some work from home. The Video Editor will plan, edit, and produce video content that supports the organization’s programs, campaigns, and storytelling efforts. Daily tasks include assembling raw footage, trimming and sequencing clips, applying color corrections, creating motion graphics, and integrating audio elements. The role also involves collaborating with program teams to understand project objectives, adapting content for different platforms, and ensuring all media aligns with the organization’s brand and mission. The Video Editor will manage file organization, maintain an efficient post-production workflow, and meet agreed deadlines for deliverables.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including assembling footage and creating compelling narratives.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to enhance visual quality and maintain consistent look and feel.
• Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to design titles, transitions, and visual elements for video content.
• Familiarity with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Ability to collaborate with non-profit program teams and translate complex initiatives into clear visual stories.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail, commitment to ethical and inclusive representation, and openness to feedback and revision.
• Relevant education in film, media, communications, or equivalent practical experience; prior non-profit or social impact experience is an advantage.
