Video Editor

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer with strong experience in video editing, motion graphics, animation, and product explainer videos. The ideal candidate should be able to transform creative concepts into engaging visual content while maintaining brand consistency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing

• Edit corporate and event videos, promotional videos, social media content, interviews, and marketing campaigns.
• Organize and manage raw footage, project files, audio, graphics, and other media assets.
• Create engaging video narratives based on creative briefs and brand requirements.
• Perform color correction, basic color grading, audio editing, sound design, transitions, and visual effects.
• Create videos in different formats and aspect ratios, including 16:9, 9:16, and 1:1.
• Prepare videos for social media platforms, presentations, websites, advertisements, and internal communications.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Motion Graphics & Animation

• Design and animate motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, transitions, typography, icons, charts, and infographics.
• Create animated promotional advertisements and digital marketing content.
• Develop product explainers and animated product demonstrations.
• Convert static creative assets into engaging animated content.
• Create visually compelling animations while maintaining brand consistency.
• Work with designers, marketers, and other creative team members to develop motion concepts.

Product Explainer Videos

• Create product/service explanation videos that communicate complex information in a simple and engaging way.
• Develop visual storytelling concepts based on scripts, storyboards, and creative briefs.
• Combine footage, motion graphics, animation, typography, voice-over, music, and sound effects.
• Work with stakeholders to understand product features and translate them into effective visual communication.

Camera & Video Production

• Operate cameras for corporate events, promotional shoots, interviews, product shoots, and other video productions when required.
• Set up basic camera equipment, lighting, microphones, and other production equipment.
• Understand camera composition, framing, exposure, focus, and basic cinematography principles.
• Capture usable footage according to the requirements of the final edit.
• Assist with planning and executing video shoots.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Film & Media, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, animation, or a related field.

Required Software Skills

Essential:

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator

Good to Have

1. DaVinci Resolve
2. CapCut

Additional Requirements

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and creative composition.
• Good sense of timing, typography, transitions, and visual aesthetics.
