Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to produce engaging video content for our real estate and education businesses. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, visual creativity, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit videos for social media, marketing campaigns, corporate presentations, and educational content.
• Create engaging reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and event coverage.
• Add music, sound effects, transitions, graphics, subtitles, and visual effects.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop video concepts.
• Ensure videos maintain consistent branding and professional quality.
• Manage and organize video files, footage, and project assets.
• Stay updated with current video editing trends and social media formats.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent and visually appealing output.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics for creating visual elements, titles, and animations.
• Proficiency with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar) is preferred.
• Experience creating marketing or promotional video content for real estate or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong visual storytelling ability, attention to detail, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant work are required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in an on-site environment.
• A relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Design, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
