Job Description

Create, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media, marketing, and promotional campaigns.

Develop creative and engaging content ideas based on current social media trends.

Handle video shooting, camera operation, lighting, framing, and basic audio setup when required.

Edit videos professionally using industry-standard editing software.

Create engaging Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, advertisements, and other digital content.

Add appropriate transitions, effects, motion graphics, subtitles, sound design, and color grading.

Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to develop content according to campaign objectives.

Participate in content planning, scripting, shooting, editing, and final delivery.

Maintain consistency in brand style, visual quality, and content guidelines.

Manage and organize raw footage, project files, and final video assets properly.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing techniques, and content formats.

Ensure all assigned projects are completed within the given deadline and maintain professional quality standards.
Requirements
-
Relevant experience in Video Editing, Cinematography, or Content Creation will be preferred.

Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills.

Good knowledge of social media content trends, especially Reels, Shorts, and promotional videos.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Good time management and deadline management skills.

Ability to understand creative briefs and convert ideas into engaging content.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects when required.

Professional attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.

Portfolio or previous work samples are highly preferred.
