Video Editor & Cinematographer

GolfHouse Holdings is looking for a creative, technically skilled, and detail-oriented Video Editor & Cinematographer to join our Multimedia & Creative team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual storytelling, cinematography, pacing, composition, and digital-first content, with the ability to capture and transform raw footage into engaging videos for golf, sports, events, branded campaigns, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Cinematography & Production

• Shoot high-quality content for GolfHouse’s golf events, tournaments, campaigns, social media, and branded content.
• Capture dynamic golf, sports, lifestyle, interview, and event footage.
• Operate professional cameras, lenses, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Manage framing, composition, camera movement, exposure, lighting, and sound.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams to plan shots and execute visual concepts.
• Organize and manage raw footage for efficient post-production.

Video Editing & Motion Design

• Edit engaging short-form vertical videos, Reels, Shorts, and social-first content.
• Edit interviews, event highlights, promotional videos, branded content, and campaign assets.
• Create motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, lower thirds, and title sequences.
• Add and refine subtitles, captions, sound effects, music, and audio elements.
• Perform color correction, basic color grading, and audio cleanup.
• Repurpose long-form interviews and event footage into multiple short-form and platform-specific assets.
• Adapt video content for different platforms, aspect ratios, durations, and technical specifications.
• Maintain well-organized project files, footage, assets, and media libraries.
• Ensure all final content meets the required creative, technical, and brand standards.

Ideal Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in video editing, cinematography, or post-production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
• After Effects or motion graphics experience preferred.
• Strong skills in cinematography, visual storytelling, composition, pacing, and sound.
• Experience with professional cameras, lenses, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Understanding of social-first content, hooks, retention, and platform requirements.
• Experience in golf, sports, events, branded, or lifestyle content is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Portfolio/showreel required.
