Job Description
Glossy Glow-এর জন্য আমরা একজন Professional Video Editor খুঁজছি, যিনি Cosmetics, Beauty, Fashion বা E-commerce Brand-এর জন্য Premium, Creative & High-Converting Video Content তৈরি করতে দক্ষ।
শুধু সুন্দর ভিডিও নয়—আমরা এমন একজন Editor চাই, যিনি strong storytelling, attention-grabbing hooks এবং conversion-focused editing-এর মাধ্যমে social media ও advertising-এর জন্য engaging content তৈরি করতে পারবেন।
Key Responsibilities
- Facebook, Instagram, TikTok ও YouTube-এর জন্য Reels, Ads ও Promotional Videos তৈরি করা
- Product, Model, UGC ও Product Demo ভিডিও professionally edit করা
- Creative storytelling ও strong hook ব্যবহার করে engaging content তৈরি করা
- Professional color correction ও color grading করা
- Motion graphics, text animation ও basic VFX ব্যবহার করা
- Sound design, music selection ও audio mixing করা
- বিভিন্ন ad format অনুযায়ী ভিডিও তৈরি করা: 9:16, 4:5, 1:1, 16:9
- AI-assisted tools ব্যবহার করে video editing ও content creation-এর workflow উন্নত করা
- Brand guideline অনুসরণ করে consistent visual quality নিশ্চিত করা
- Performance/advertising objective অনুযায়ী video creative তৈরি করা

- Social media trends ও short-form content সম্পর্কে ভালো understanding থাকা
- Creative sense, attention to detail এবং fast-paced workflow-এ কাজ করার সক্ষমতা
