We're Hiring: Video Editor & Content Creator (Hybrid) — Neva Furniture, Dhaka

Neva Furniture is Bangladesh's premium ergonomic workspace brand- We're looking for a video editor and content creator who can shoot with us one day a week and edit from home. If you can turn a standing desk into a scroll-stopping 15 seconds, read on.

What you'll do

• Shoot one day every week at our Mohakhali store/studio — product videos, showroom walkthroughs, unboxings, feature demos
• Deliver 3–4 reels every week for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• Edit long-form YouTube videos and brand our footage with the Neva logo/icon overlay
• Repurpose those edits into Meta ad creatives (9:16 and 4:5) that are built to convert, not just look nice
• Keep a content bank stocked across our full catalogue — chairs, standing desks, office tables and accessories

What we're looking for

• Solid editing skills in Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects or equivalent
• You can shoot as well as edit — comfortable with camera or phone, framing, lighting and basic sound
• A real understanding of what performs on Reels and TikTok: hooks, pacing, captions, trending audio
• Bonus if you've cut performance ad creative before and know the difference between an organic reel and an ad
• A portfolio or reel showing your actual work (this matters more than your CV)

Work setup

• Hybrid — remote by default, on-site at our showroom one day a week for shoots
• Flexible working hours, as long as the weekly deliverables land
• Full-time position

Salary: BDT 20,000–30,000/month, based on experience and output.
