Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Dhaka. The Video Editor will handle end-to-end video production tasks, including assembling raw footage, editing sequences, and adding music, sound effects, and transitions to create engaging content for various platforms. Daily responsibilities include color grading, basic motion graphics work, and collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to align videos with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The role also involves preparing different video formats for social media and advertising, managing project files and assets, and meeting deadlines while maintaining consistent quality.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Video Production and Video Editing for creating high-quality, engaging content.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance overall image quality.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create visual elements, titles, and simple animations.
• Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro) and basic motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and sound design, with attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, collaborate within a creative team, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Relevant experience in agency, studio, or digital content environments; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is required.
• Diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communication, Design, or a related field is beneficial but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
