Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Video Editor at Akash Growth Agency. The Video Editor will edit and assemble video content for marketing campaigns, social media, ads, and brand storytelling, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines. Daily tasks include organizing raw footage, applying color grading, creating basic motion graphics, integrating audio elements, and optimizing videos for various platforms and formats. The Video Editor will collaborate with the creative, marketing, and design teams to refine concepts, suggest visual approaches, and deliver high-quality, engaging video assets on schedule. The role also involves maintaining an organized asset library and staying current on video trends and best practices to continuously improve the visual impact of content.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Video Editing and Video Production for digital campaigns and social media content.
• Strong ability in Video Color Grading to maintain consistent visual style and enhance overall video quality.
• Proficiency in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, overlays, and visual elements.
• Experience with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or similar).
• Solid understanding of aspect ratios, formats, and compression for web, mobile, and social platforms.
• Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling skills, and the ability to work with creative briefs and brand guidelines.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
• Prior experience in digital marketing or agency settings is an advantage; a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
