Role Description The Video Editor role at FELLAS is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. In this role, the Video Editor will edit and assemble video content for brand campaigns, social media, product showcases, and other marketing initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include cutting and refining footage, adding transitions, audio, and visual effects, and ensuring videos align with brand guidelines and storytelling goals. The Video Editor will collaborate closely with the creative, marketing, and production teams to plan shoots, manage video assets, and deliver polished content on schedule. The role also involves maintaining an organized workflow, staying current with video trends, and optimizing content for different platforms and formats.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience handling end-to-end video projects.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading, ensuring consistent visual style and mood across all content.
• Ability to create Motion Graphics and basic Graphics to enhance storytelling and brand communication.
• Experience with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
• Understanding of social media and digital content formats, including vertical and short-form video.
• Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and ability to work under deadlines in a collaborative environment.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is beneficial.
• Prior experience in fashion, lifestyle, or brand-focused content creation is a plus.
