Video Editor

Employment Type: Full-time

Workplace Type: On-site

Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

Description:

Our partner, a fast-growing Australia-based digital growth agency, is scaling its Dhaka execution team and looking for a Senior Video Editor with real motion, 3D, and CGI range.

Video-first content drives growth for the agency and its clients, reels, brand videos, and ads. We need a strong editor who can produce premium, differentiated video in-house at speed, not someone who needs a long ramp-up on tools they've only seen in tutorials.

What you'll own:

• Short-form editing (reels, ads) and long-form brand video
• Motion graphics and animation in After Effects
• 3D and CGI elements where the brief calls for it
• Delivery to platform specs and brand standards, with fast turnaround inside a live production pipeline

What you'll need:

• Advanced After Effects skills
• Strong editing craft: pacing, sound design, captions
• Some real 3D or CGI capability, Cinema 4D or Blender depth is a strong plus
• Senior-level experience with a showreel or portfolio ready to share
• Comfortable working on-site in Dhaka
• Compensation is competitive and market-aligned, with a KPI bonus on top.
• 3-month probation.
