Role Description: The Vendor Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This role manages vendor relationships, oversees procurement activities, and ensures contracts and service levels align with organizational objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating vendor performance, negotiating contract terms, coordinating with internal stakeholders on procurement needs, and maintaining accurate documentation for contract management and compliance. The Vendor Manager will also analyze cost, quality, and risk factors, support continuous improvement in the supply base, and collaborate with finance and operations teams to optimize value from vendor engagements.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess vendor performance, cost structures, and risk, and to support data-driven decision-making.
• Fluent English communication is mandatory — both spoken and written
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams, and to present findings and recommendations clearly.
• Strong English communication skills preferred, coordination, and computer skills
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, or O/A Level qualification; strong English communication skills preferred
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple vendor relationships in a fast-paced setting.
