We’re Hiring: UX/UI Designer (Web & Mobile Applications)

Digital Marketing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, experienced, and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer who specializes in designing modern websites and web applications. The ideal Candidates must have a minimum of two (2) years of real-life professional industrial strong experience with Mobile and web-based UI/UX design, portfolio management, and marketplace-ready design standards. Active Dribbble and Behance profiles, along with project management experience, are required.

Experience Requirement: 2 years (Minimum)

Salary Range: BDT 20,000 – BDT 30,000 per month

Salary will be determined based on skill set, experience, portfolio quality, and technical capability.

Educational Requirements:

* Bachelor of Science (BSc) or equivalent qualification.

* Candidates from American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB), Daffodil International University (DIU), and East West University (EWU) will receive preference.

* Candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years of real-life professional industry experience in UX/UI design for websites and web applications.

* Applicants without at least three (3) years of relevant professional experience, or without the required portfolio quality, Dribbble and Behance presence, web application design expertise, project management capability, and ThemeForest-ready design skills, are strongly discouraged from applying.

Additional Requirements:

1. Minimum age: 22 years

2. Strong experience in website and web application UI/UX design.

3. Active and professional Dribbble and Behance accounts are mandatory.

4. Experience managing multiple design projects, deadlines, feedback cycles, and stakeholder requirements.

5. Strong portfolio demonstrating real-world websites, web applications, dashboards, SaaS platforms, admin panels, and analytics interfaces.

6. Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

7. Familiarity with at least one popular JavaScript library or framework, such as React.js, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

8. Deep understanding of UX principles, user journeys, usability, conversion-focused design, and responsive design.

9. Excellent command of UI aesthetics, typography, grids, layouts, spacing, color systems, and visual hierarchy.

10. Up-to-date knowledge of modern design trends, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.

11. Ability to create and maintain Figma design systems, including color tokens, typography, grids, components, and UI libraries.

12. Experience leading, mentoring, or guiding junior designers will be considered an advantage.

13. Strong strategic thinking ability with the capacity to solve user and business problems through design.

ThemeForest Portfolio Requirement:

• The selected candidate must have the capability to prepare high-quality, marketplace-ready website or web application UI/UX projects.

• During the employment period, the candidate will be required to prepare and submit a minimum of two (2) to four (4) high-quality UI/UX projects for review and approval on ThemeForest or other approved international design marketplaces.

• The projects must meet the relevant marketplace quality, documentation, design consistency, originality, responsiveness, and submission standards. Final project selection, submission approval, and marketplace publishing decisions will be subject to management review and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design modern, responsive, and user-friendly websites and web applications.

2. Create dashboards, task panels, analytics views, CRM interfaces, and admin panels with intuitive user flows.

3. Develop wireframes, user journeys, high-fidelity UI screens, interactive prototypes, and design specifications.

4. Design layouts for AI panels, chat assistants, smart insight cards, and data-driven interfaces.

5. Create visually engaging concepts by defining art direction, layout structure, typography, spacing, iconography, and component styles.

6. Build and maintain Figma design systems, reusable components, UI kits, and design libraries.

7. Ensure accessibility standards, including WCAG considerations, and responsive design across all device breakpoints.

8. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.

9. Participate in UX reviews, design critiques, feedback sessions, usability improvements, and iteration cycles.

10. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, creativity, consistency, and delivery timelines.

11. Update and improve the UI library based on stakeholder feedback, user behavior, analytics, and evolving business requirements.

Important Note:

This role is not only focused on mobile app product design or mobile app product flows.

We are specifically looking for a designer who is highly skilled and interested in website design, web applications, SaaS dashboards, admin panels, analytics platforms, and marketplace-ready web UI/UX projects.
