US insurance BPO operation

We're building a new US insurance BPO operation in Dhaka — and looking for the operations leader to build it from the ground up.

🇺🇸 Role: US Insurance Operations / Insurance BPO Specialist

Location: Dhaka (on-site)

Type: Full-time

Experience: 5–10+ years in US insurance operations or insurance BPO

What you'll do

• Map and document US insurance back-office workflows (Commercial Lines)

• Pick which processes to launch first — Policy Checking, COI, Endorsements, Renewals, Claims Admin, Insurance Accounting

• Design the SOPs, QC procedures, and productivity KPIs from zero

• Build and train the founding operations team

• Work with our tech team to decide what to automate vs. what needs a human

• Run pilot projects for our first US clients

What we're looking for

5+ years in US insurance ops or insurance BPO

Deep knowledge of US commercial lines + agency/broker workflows

Hands-on with Policy Checking, COI, Endorsements, Renewals, or Claims Admin

Experience leading teams and managing process transitions

Strong English (written + spoken)

Comfortable working with AI and automation tools

Strong advantage if you've:

• Transitioned US insurance processes offshore before

• Used an AMS like Applied Epic, Vertafore, or EZLynx

• Built a BPO process from scratch
