Creative Minds Lab is looking for a talented Mid Level Video Editor & AI Content Editor to join our team full time.

📍 Location: Jurain Rail Gate, Dhaka

💼 Full Time | Onsite

⚠️ Location is Important

We prefer candidates who can comfortably commute to our office every day.

About the Role

Most of our work is short form content, mainly Reels, Shorts and social media videos.

You will work with:

• Raw footage

• Stock footage

• AI generated content

• Motion graphics

• Creative editing

We are looking for someone who can edit professionally, work fast and make good creative decisions.

Who We Want

We are looking for a mid level editor who:

• Has a strong portfolio

• Understands hooks, pacing and retention

• Is interested in AI powered content creation

• Can take ownership of their work

• Wants to grow into a team leader

• Has the ambition to become a strong name in the creative content market

• Is serious about building a long term career

You do not need to be a leader today, but you should have the ambition to become one.

Compensation & Benefits

• 7 day paid trial

• First 3 months: ৳15K to ৳20K/month

• After proving performance: Up to ৳25K/month

• Performance based increments
