UI/UX + Graphic Designer

We're Hiring — UI/UX + Graphic Designer

📍 Paltan, Dhaka | Full-time | On-site

About InovixLabs

InovixLabs is a USA-based technology company building modern web, mobile, and AI-assisted solutions for startups, agencies, and growing businesses — including custom SaaS platforms, driving school management systems, e-learning platforms, and CRM/ERP tools. We deliver end-to-end product development, from concept to launch, acting as a full digital partner for our clients.

About the Role

We're looking for a UI/UX + Graphic Designer to craft intuitive interfaces and impactful visual assets across our products and client work. You'll work closely with product managers, developers, and marketers — turning ideas into wireframes, prototypes, and polished, pixel-perfect designs.

What You'll Do

• Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes for web & mobile apps
• Build and maintain consistent design systems — brand guidelines, iconography, components
• Design graphics for marketing campaigns, presentations, and social media
• Refine interactions based on user feedback and usability best practices
• Prepare design assets and collaborate with engineers for accurate implementation
• Participate in design reviews and stay current with UI/UX and visual trends

What We're Looking For

• Strong visual design skills across digital products and marketing materials
• Solid experience in logo design, branding, and typography/layout principles
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Experience designing responsive web/mobile UIs — wireframes to interactive prototypes
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or component-based frameworks (a plus, not required)
• Strong communication skills — able to explain and defend design decisions
• A portfolio showing both UI/UX and graphic design work is required

What We Offer

• Real ownership over product and brand design, not just execution
• Work across diverse, live projects — SaaS, e-learning, CRM/ERP, and more
• A collaborative, fast-growing team building for a US-based client base

How to Apply

Interested candidates should send their CV and portfolio to [email protected], or reach out directly at +880 1616-045887.
