- Coordinate with all departments to provide timely transport support as required.
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and safety of all company vehicles.
- Maintain up-to-date vehicle documents (registration, tax token, fitness, insurance, logs, daily inspection reports, etc.).
- Manage fuel requisition, fuel stocks, spare parts inventory, and ensure uninterrupted supply of fuel and oil.
- Operate and maintain the Vehicle Management System (VMS); ensure regular data entry and generate required reports.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly vehicle and fuel usage reports, work orders, and other transport-related reports to the authority.
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of employees as per schedule.
- Monitor route efficiency and optimize transportation plans to control costs.
- Address employee transport-related complaints and feedback promptly and positively.
- Manage vehicle suppliers to ensure good-condition vehicles and quality service at competitive cost.
- Supervise repair and maintenance works both in-house and at external workshops.
- Handle transport-related bills, payments, and cost control.
- Develop and implement training modules for drivers covering behavior, cleanliness, punctuality, traffic rules, and professional conduct.
- Maintain effective liaison with BRTA, Thana, Highway Thana, Police, and other relevant government authorities.
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Education: bachelor of science
