Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and ambitious professional to join our growing international tax practice as a Trainee Tax Advisor.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in US and UK personal taxation and international tax advisory services. You will work closely with our UK-based team, supporting international clients and gaining practical exposure to global tax matters.

Comprehensive training and professional support will be provided, with an initial focus on US personal taxation and opportunities to develop expertise in UK taxation as your career progresses.

Key Responsibilities

As a Trainee Tax Advisor, you will:

• Receive comprehensive training in US and UK personal taxation.
• Assist with the preparation and review of tax returns under the guidance of senior tax professionals.
• Support the management of the tax compliance process and wider client relationships.
• Manage and support an assigned portfolio of clients under the supervision of a line manager.
• Assist with complex tax return preparation and other tax-related assignments.
• Communicate professionally with international clients and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Develop a strong understanding of international tax compliance and advisory services.
• Work as part of an international team in a varied and challenging professional environment.
• Continuously develop your technical, analytical, communication, and client-service skills.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Professional Experience

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of professional work experience in a corporate environment is mandatory.
• Candidates with experience in accounting, taxation, finance, or related professional services will be given preference.
• Experience working in a structured corporate environment with professional responsibilities and deadlines is highly valued.
• Previous leadership, community, or organizational involvement will be considered an advantage.

Working Schedule

The organization follows a UK holiday schedule, with working arrangements adjusted to accommodate Bangladesh-based operations.

• Monday – Thursday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM ( On-site )
• Friday: Work from Home
