Position Overview
- We are looking for smart, energetic, confident and career-oriented fresh graduates to join our Sales & Marketing team as Trainee.
- This position is designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career in Real Estate Sales & Marketing.
- Selected candidates will receive structured training, practical field exposure and continuous coaching from experienced sales professionals.
- Generate leads through digital marketing, telephone calls, networking, referrals and field marketing.
- Contact and communicate with prospective customers.
- Regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Arrange and accompany customers on project visits.
- Monitor market trends, competitors and customer feedback.
- Achieve assigned activity and sales KPIs.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly activity reports.
- Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
