Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective students and clients through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate client communication records.
• Provide basic information about Go Global’s services and study abroad opportunities.
• Support lead conversion and student enrollment activities.
• Coordinate with counseling and admission teams to ensure smooth student communication.
• Maintain sales records and assist with preparing reports.
• Develop knowledge of study destinations, programs, and the student journey.
• Perform other assigned sales and business development tasks.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Interest in sales, business development, and customer service.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work professionally as part of a team.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
