Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee - Recruitment & Talent Acquisition to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of human resources. You'll work closely with our experienced recruiters and talent acquisition specialists, supporting various stages of the hiring process and contributing to real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and Screening: Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and our internal database. You will also help with initial resume screening and shortlisting.
• Candidate Communication: Communicate professionally with candidates to schedule interviews, provide updates, and answer their questions.
• Database Management: Help maintain and update our candidate database, ensuring all information is accurate and organized.
• Interview Coordination: Support the scheduling and coordination of interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor talent strategies, and best practices in recruitment.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and human resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
