Trainee Production Officer (Woven Garments)

Company Name: Standard AR Group Location: Gazipur Job Type: Full-Time Workplace Type: Full-time Job ID: IJOB202664780 Responsibilities As a Trainee, your primary focus will be learning the factory floor dynamics and gradually taking on independent floor management responsibilities: - Floor Operations Learning: Assist the Production Officer/Manager in daily floor operations, layout setups, and monitoring production targets for woven products (e.g., shirts, trousers, jackets); - Line Balancing & Tracking: Monitor hourly production outputs per sewing line, identifying bottlenecks, and learning how to balance operators to maximize line efficiency; - Target Achievement: Monitoring raw materials (cut panels, bundles, threads, trims) are supplied to the lines on time to meet daily production targets; - Quality & DHU Control: Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure defects per hundred units (DHU) are minimized right at the needle point; - Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate daily production reports, tracking machine downtime, operator absenteeism, and hourly efficiency metrics; - Any other tasks assigned by management.
