FIBERTEX is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Production Merchandiser to join our team in Uttara, Dhaka.

💼 Job Type: Full-time

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related field

👨‍💼 Experience: Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the production merchandising team with daily follow-ups.

• Coordinate with factories and suppliers regarding production progress.

• Follow up on production schedules, samples, quality, and delivery timelines.

• Maintain production status reports and necessary documentation.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.

• Support the merchandiser in solving production-related issues.

• Perform other responsibilities assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related discipline.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.

• Willingness to learn and build a career in production merchandising.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
