About the Role
Desh Universal (Pvt.) Limited is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Trainee Officer – Software Support Engineer to join our Implementation & Maintenance Department.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in software implementation, client support, technical troubleshooting, and user training.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure software solutions at client institutions.
- Provide software support and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Conduct user training and assist clients in using the software effectively.
- Visit client locations for implementation, maintenance, and support whenever required.
- Coordinate with the development team to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare implementation and support documentation.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) preferred.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to client locations both inside and outside Dhaka.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Canva will be preferred.
- Candidates residing in or near Mirpur will be given priority.

Location: Assalam Tower, 4th Floor, Desh Universal (Pvt.) Limited, 82–83 Zoo Road, Dhaka 1216
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly Holidays: Friday and alternate Saturdays
Training & Salary
Trainee Period: 6 Months
Trainee Salary: BDT 15,000 per month
Upon successful completion of the trainee period and satisfactory performance, the candidate will be offered a permanent position with a salary of BDT 18,000 per month.
