Trainee Officer – Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities

• Manage sales operations in the assigned zone.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and work effectively under pressure.
• Acquire new customers and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor sales performance, market share trends, and competitor activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Maintain and update the customer database.
• Monitor and coordinate the sales team when required.

Educational Qualification

• Graduation/Master’s degree.

Requirements

• Freshers can apply; sales & marketing experience in a reputed company will be preferred.
• Good health and willingness to travel frequently.
• Smart, energetic, proactive, result-oriented, innovative, and well-mannered.
• Valid driving license is mandatory.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel & PowerPoint.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Willingness to ride a motorcycle is required.
